It’s that time once again to come support the Garden at the annual benefit plant sale!
The garden offers an impressive selection of herbs, specialty annuals, vegetables (including heirlooms), sun and shade perennials, ornamental grasses, shrubs, conifers, roses, vines, trees, and the best selection of NATIVES and drought tolerant plants you’ll find! We also offer a wide variety of ceramic pots, and will have staff/volunteers on hand to custom plant that special gift for mom, or to brighten your own patio.
We've made two improvements to the plant sale this year. On Friday, the
sale will start at 1PM instead of 3PM, allowing for more shopping
time. On Saturday, representatives from several local plant societies
will be present to answer questions, as well as provide information
about their societies' activities and membership. Societies
participating this year include: Wasatch Rock Garden, Utah Native Plant,
Rose, Water Garden Club, Hemerocallis Society and more. This will be a
great opportunity to check with the experts and get your plant questions
answered.
The sale will once again be held in Cottam’s Grove, which is just southwest of the Garden’s Greenhouses. From wakara, follow the signs to the parking and the Sale Entrance.
Our staff and volunteers are looking forward to helping you find the right plant to fit your particular needs and solve your gardening challenges.
