Summer Camp
You may cancel your child's Red Butte Garden Summer Camp registration up to two weeks before the first day of camp. We are not able to give refunds for cancellations with less than two weeks' notice. Transfers into another camp will be granted up to one week before the start of a camp. A $15 administrative handling fee per child per camp will be assessed for all cancellations and transfers. To cancel or make a transfer, please call (801) 581-8454. If your child is unable to attend camp due to medical reasons, you may receive a full refund (minus a $15 handling fee) at any time prior to the start of camp by providing a doctor's note. We are unable to refund for missed days of camp. Summer Camp registration fees are nontransferable. Camps cancelled by the Garden will be fully refunded.
Garden Adventure Classes
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Once registration is complete, NO refunds for cancellations will be given. Transfers into another available Garden Adventure class will be granted up to 24 hours prior to the class start date. We are not able to grant transfers with less than 24 hours notice. Programs cancelled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded or you may opt to transfer your registration to another Garden Adventure class.
Adult Classes
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Two week’s notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. There are NO refunds for no-shows. Programs cancelled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded.
Campout
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Two week’s notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. There are NO refunds for no-shows. Programs cancelled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded.
