Joss Stone concert date rescheduled - Red Butte Garden

The Wednesday, July 13 Joss Stone concert at Red Butte Garden has been postponed and rescheduled to Wednesday, August 31.

July 13, 2022: Statement from Joss Stone:

Dear music lovers,
I’m so very sorry to say that this morning I tested positive for Covid, it seems to have gone straight to my throat with daggers. Not good! I am so very sorry that has happened. Luckily the promoters at the Red Butte Garden have been so kind and are allowing us to postpone the show to the 31st of August. So the wait is not too long. I’m so sorry to everyone who was hoping for the show today.

Joss Stone concert update August 3, 2022:

KT Tunstall is not able to perform on the re-scheduled date due to a prior commitment.
We are very excited to share that the remarkable Cory Henry will be the special guest for the evening. If you are not familiar, Cory is internationally renowned artist, record producer, composer, and multiple Grammy nominee that includes his work as a member of Snarky Puppy. His music ranges from soul to R&B to funk to jazz.

Your original July 13 concert tickets will be valid at the gate on August 31.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you will still be able to attend the August 31 Joss Stone performance at Red Butte Garden.

REFUND INFORMATION

If you purchased tickets online via Etix:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card that was used to purchase tickets. It will take 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
  • If your Etix purchase included only this concert, your refund will also include the $6 order fee. If your transaction included additional concerts, the $6 transaction fee will not be included with your refund.

If you purchased your tickets in person or over the phone from Red Butte Garden:

  • If you paid with a credit card, you will see a credit back on the credit card that was used to make the purchase. It will take 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
  • If you paid by cash or check, you will receive a check for the refund amount by U.S. Mail to the address we have on file. Checks are processed within 7-10 business days. Please review your account for accuracy.
  • If your in-person or phone purchase included only this concert, your refund will also include the $6 order fee. If your transaction included additional concerts, the $6 transaction fee will not be included with your refund.

Other:

  • If you are a Red Butte Garden donor package holder and have questions, please contact Angela Wilcox at angela.wilcox@redbutte.utah.edu
  • If you purchased a ticket through a third-party reseller, you will have to contact the reseller for a refund.
