Roger Daltrey

Dear Roger Daltrey concert ticketholders,

Yesterday we received the news that Roger Daltrey has cancelled his U.S. tour. His official statement follows:

"When I booked these shows several months ago I was confident that things would be back to normal by August, but due to the uncertainty of the current travel situation and the challenges for a UK act to be able to perform in the USA I have reluctantly decided to cancel the shows. I hope to re-book them in the near future, and to those of you who have bought tickets, please accept my sincere apologies.

I do appreciate your support and can't wait to get back to work once the time is right."

~ Roger Daltrey

We are in the process of issuing full refunds to all who purchased tickets to the September 8 show.

A couple of notes about what happens next:

If you purchased tickets online via Etix:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card that was used to purchase tickets. It will take 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
  • If your Etix purchase included only this concert, your refund will also include the $6 order fee. If your transaction included additional concerts, the $6 transaction fee will not be included with your refund.

If you purchased your tickets in person or over the phone from Red Butte Garden:

  • If you paid with a credit card, you will see a credit back on the credit card that was used to make the purchase. It will take 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
  • If you paid by cash or check, you will receive a check for the refund amount by U.S. Mail to the address we have on file. Checks are processed within 7-10 business days. Please review your account for accuracy.
  • If your in-person or phone purchase included only this concert, your refund will also include the $6 order fee. If your transaction included additional concerts, the $6 transaction fee will not be included with your refund.

We are all disappointed that we will not be together Wednesday, September 8, as planned. If you are planning to attend other concerts at the Garden this summer, we look forward to seeing you soon.

We appreciate your understanding and support of Red Butte Garden’s outdoor concert series.
