Classes will be held on the lawn east of the water pavilion at Red Butte Garden.
Tai Chi/Qigong: slow, flowing energy movement that improve strength, mindfulness, relaxation, immune system, blood circulation, balance and neuropathy while experiencing mindful breathing.

Get to know your instructor:
Emily Yeates, M.S. Health Promotion, CHES, Tai Chi, 200 E-RYT
Emily graduated with a master’s degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah with an emphasis on mind body interventions to facilitate healthy behavior change and promote overall health. Emily also has certifications and experience in health education, yoga, and old yang style tai chi. Emily has a particular passion for teaching fitness classes as she believes movement gives us the energy to respond to life’s challenges and recover with grace.
