REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Membership Discount

Garden Members: PLEASE SIGN IN HERE before adding education programs to your shopping cart. Your Member Discount will be reflected at checkout. If your membership lapsed at the time of purchase, price adjustment refunds will be given up to 5 business days from the time of purchase with membership renewal. Members must contact Red Butte Garden’s program registrar (801-581-8454) to receive a tuition price adjustment within the 5-day time frame. Refunds will not be given after 5 business days.

Summer Camps

  • 10 business days cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund (less 20% processing fee).
  • NO refunds with less than 10 business days' notice.
  • NO refund for missed days of camp.
  • Campers asked to withdraw from camp for Camper Code of Conduct violations will receive NO refund.
  • Transfers into available camps will be granted up to 10 business days before the start of camp (space dependent).
  • Camp registration fees are non-transferable.
  • The Garden reserves the right to cancel any camp.
  • For medical-related cancellations (including COVID-19) please contact us at summercamp@redbutte.utah.edu for further information. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Camps canceled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded.

Please note: While Red Butte Garden intends to offer in-person camp programming this summer, we are committed to following the latest health and safety guidelines. As additional guidance becomes available, our plans could evolve and change to help maintain the health and safety of our campers and staff.

Garden Adventure Classes

  • All sales are final.
  • NO refund will be given for cancellations or missed classes.
  • Registration fees may be transferred to another available Garden Adventure class with at least 5 business days' notice.
  • Classes canceled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded.

Lil' Buds Classes

  • 10 business days' notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund (less 20% processing fee).
  • NO refunds with less than 10 business days' notice.
  • Registration fees may be transferred to another available Lil' Buds class with at least 5 business days' notice.
  • Classes canceled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded.
  • Registration fees are nontransferable.
  • The Garden reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment.

Adult Classes

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Two weeks' notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund, less a 20% processing fee.
  • NO refunds for no-shows.
  • Programs canceled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded.

Campout & Late Night

  • 10 business days' notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund (less 20% processing fee).
  • NO refunds for no-shows.
  • Programs canceled by the Garden will automatically be fully refunded.
