Qigong (pronounced chi-kung) is a moving meditation, some say the grandfather of T’ai Chi. “Qi” = Life Force + “gong” cultivating our life force = Qigong
This is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health. Everyone is welcome to this class, no experience is necessary. We will practice being aware of our surroundings, inside and outside of ourselves. Moving slowly, connecting our movements with our breath and present awareness.
Qigong is self-care in the highest form. Helping you reset and begin again by letting go of the past and future, and simply BE in the present. Sifu Toni’s personal mantra is "BE = Breathe & Expand.” For when we reside in the present — there is no stress.
