This is a full day retreat from 10am-4pm on Saturday, February 15.

About Sifu Toni
Since the fall of 1997, she began studying Tai Chi + Qigong. Both modalities are among the best types of self-care, as she herself attests to. Both assist you in resetting and starting over by letting go of the past and future and just being in the here and now. “Simply BE = Breathe & Expand” is Sifu Toni’s personal mantra. For there is no tension when we live in the now.
