If you plan to purchase a Garden membership to participate in the member-only concert ticket presales and receive a $5 discount on tickets, please note:

• Purchase or renew a Garden-Flex level membership or above before 6:30PM, April 28 to participate in the 2024 member-only presales.
• If you are purchasing a membership after the presale dates, be sure that tickets to the concerts you want to see are still available.
• Garden membership is not refundable and does not guarantee concert ticket availability.

To participate in the member-only presales, make sure your Garden-Flex level or above membership is current before the presale dates.

• The email address that is associated with your Garden membership is the promo code you will need to enter the presale.
  • Once in the cart, you will be prompted to type it in, all lower case, no extra spaces.
• Know how many concert tickets are associated with your membership level.
  • If you select more tickets per concert than allowed it won't match with your membership promo code and you will be prompted to re-enter.
  • During the Public sale, the limit is 1-8 tickets per show for all customers (if tickets are available after the presales)
• Waiting Room
  • When tickets go on sale, depending on Etix website traffic, you may be put into a waiting room and/or line que where you’ll be held until it is your turn to purchase tickets.
    • Do not refresh your browser or open multiple browsers. If you do, the system will restart and place you at the end of the line.
    • Once it’s your turn to buy tickets, the system will automatically bring you to the Etix concert series purchase page.

The Red Butte Garden Amphitheatre capacity is 3,000 and there are over 13,000 Garden members.

Each concert has a limited number of tickets and there is always a possibility that tickets will sell out before all members or the public get a chance to place their orders. Some concerts may sell out quickly during the member presale—sometimes in less than 10 minutes. Tickets are not held back for the public sale.

Garden membership is not refundable and does not guarantee concert ticket availability.

Garden Member Presale Ticket Limits

Membership level ticket limits per show during the presales:

• Garden-Basic membership level: Does not have access to concert presales
• Garden-Flex: 1-2 tickets
• Family, Family-Flex, Circle of Friends: 1-4 tickets
• Contributor, Forget-Me-Not: 1-6 tickets
• Blazing Star, Avant Gardener, Director's Club: 1-8 tickets

If you select more tickets per concert than allowed by your membership level, it won't match with your membership promo code and you will be prompted to re-enter your promo code and/or ticket quantity.

Children age 2 and up must have a concert ticket to enter the Amphitheatre.

Etix offers multiple ticket delivery options, including print-at-home, mail, and will-call.

Print at Home

• Etix will send you an email receipt with a PDF attachment of your tickets at the bottom of the email. Click on the PDF and either download the attachment OR click and drag the PDF to your computer desktop to print your tickets at home.

Will Call

• Tickets may be picked up before the show date at the Red Butte Garden Visitor Center box office.
• Tickets may be picked up at the Amphitheatre will call booth after 4:00 PM on the day-of-show.
• Tickets may only be picked up by the original purchaser with a valid photo ID.

Standard Mail & Expedited Shipping

• Your tickets will be mailed to the address you entered at Check Out. There is an additional fee for both.

• Ticket prices increase on the day of the show
• There are no Garden member discounts on day-of-show tickets

Garden-Flex level or above membership levels receive the following concert benefits:
